We introduced this column in the last issue of the NECA 2008 Chicago EXHIBITOR ALERT just so our NECA Show exhibitors know about all the great things we're doing to get the word out – and get the right people to your booth!

Once again, NECA is offering one lucky winner a chance to receive a FREE roundtrip airfare to Chicago and complimentary admission to the NECA Show. We’ve publicized this promotion in NECA Newswire and our member newsletter, NECA NEWS, as well as in a special section of the NECA 2008 Chicago website.

You can now see some of the special print and email advertisements we’ve created for specialty publications that potential attendees read, including ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR magazine, SolarPro, Electrical Solutions, and TED magazine.

3. Exhibitor Press Releases
Did you know that you can put a press release about the products you’ll be showcasing at NECA 2008 Chicago right on our website? We offer several opportunities for you to share your news with the press, including an online exhibitor press room on www.necaconvention.org where you can post releases prior to the event. Simply attach your release as a Word document in an email to Adrianne Schmidt, aes@necanet.org, with the subject line “2008 Exhibitor Press Release,” and it will be posted in two business days.
