What is Social Media and how can it help your business? Social media are online and mobile tools used for sharing information, discussion and connecting with people with similar interests, experiences, and locations.

Social media can help you form better relationships with your customers and business partners. But you shouldn’t dive in without first taking some time to understand social media and strategies to make it work it for your company.

This course will cover:
  • What are the different types of social media services?
  • Is social media right for your business?
  • Which social media service should you use and how should you use it?
